The Client wanted the home to feel clean and cozy. She loved natural and neutral colors that reflected the natural vibe of the malibu hills. She wanted the color of blue in the art and accessories as an accent color to reflect the ocean view.
Some of the unique design features are the 3 sided glass fireplace and the floor to cieling windows. The hardwood floors are also 10" custom wide planks from Italy in a custom stained color. Also the tree in the corner of the living room is a whisteria branch that I had sand blasted to create sculpural look without being a sculpture.
