The Frisco building was the original headquarters of the San Fransisco to St Louis railroad. Built in 1905 the owner wanted to completly gut and remodel the building into a modern IT hub since the St Loius is going through an IT boom with Microsoft and other IT giants buying up tons of space in the downtown St Louis area.

Keeping with the IT theme in mind, Ross brought in a mid-century modern vibe with polished concrete floors, slatted wood walls and modern light fixtures. Originally brass colored elevators, Ross had the metal material stained a dark black bronze finish to create a more modern design and then added real concrete plaster to th columns to give the room an elevated industrial feel.

An inset wall directory will direct you to your destination with a modern 65” touch screen as you enter the building. Furniture, including the marble front reception desk with an inset illuminated sign was custom made by Ross Vincent Design.

A modern seating area in the lobby Ross wanted this to be cozy and modern for IT companies alike. Now a place to do business or wait for clients in the lobby with adding in a  linear fireplace and 75” TV inset into the wall. The sofa made by Ross Vincent is in a grey soft custom fabric. Chairs are in brown leather hand picked by Ross and surrounded by a marble coffee table, and black glass side table.
